Your license doesn’t expire and isn’t affected by this. What a renewal buys is the next year of new versions, including any published since your window closed. One renewal covers every seat on the license.
Check out with the email address you bought Snapline with. A renewal extends the license held under that address — it isn’t a license of its own. Bought under a different address, there is nothing to extend, and we refund it rather than issue a second license. If you have more than one license, renew from Snapline, Settings, License, so we know which one.
Renewing the license on your Mac. This renewal is applied to that license whichever email address you check out with, and its email goes to the address the license was bought under.

Nothing to enter afterwards. It is the same license with a longer window, so every Mac you have activated stays activated — Snapline picks the new date up the next time it checks for updates. The renewal email carries the key again if you would rather not wait.
